Clawing my way back after the longest hiatus ever. I have a larger painting half finished; meantime, this is a practice run for an upcoming demo--not my strong suit and freaking me out a little. I need a simple composition but am not thrilled with the way the colors turned out--may try again with a different background. . I guess I will talk about my understanding and how I want to paint, not what I necessarily can always do.
